Compound Library Screening
Do you have an interesting biological target, but no library to screen it against?
Or are you searching for a different chemical space to investigate? Would you like
to chop 50% out of your compound and HTS budget for early phase discovery?

Reaction Biology has acquired a diverse set of drug like compounds from Enamine
Ltd which we are making available to clients for screening against RBC targets.
The collection contains 29,920 compounds which follow Lipinski’s Rule of 5 and represents
a wide variety of chemical space. For a nominal access fee, you may screen the entire
collection or select a subset against RBC targets. All testing must take place at
RBC. Enamine and RBC retain no IP rights to the compounds or the screening results.
As clients find activities they are free to file for patents, so over time, IP may
become encumbered by earlier filings.
If you would like to receive a listing of structures in the Enamine collection,
please contact Haiching Ma: haiching.ma@reactionbiology.com
or Bill Heilman: heilman@reactionbiology.com.
