Binding kinetics of reference compound (PFI-3) to the bromodomain of SMARCA2b.
The data was collected on a Biacore 8K using multi-cycle kinetics. A reduced DMSO condition was used. The data was analyzed using both a 1:1 kinetic binding model and a steady state affinity model to determine binding affinity (KD).
